It's Nicholas Perdomo III's flagship tribute to his father, nearly five years in the making.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNick Perdomo III started developing the wrapper around 2014 at Finca Natalie in Estelí, on a plot of volcanic soil he chose specifically for it. Cuban seed brings the body and aroma; Cameroon seed brings the tooth, sweetness, and spice. The leaf is bale-aged 10 years, then finished a minimum of 10 months in bourbon barrels. Underneath sit Cuban-seed Nicaraguan binder and fillers, also aged a full decade.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt runs medium to full. Cedar and leather lead, with a cinnamon spice off the hybrid wrapper playing against molasses sweetness and the oak of the barrel underneath.
