One of the more promising brands, Room101 Cigars was founded in 2009 with the goal of matching the legacy of cigar crafting with novel flavor experiences and methods.

Room101's brands became known for both their unique blends and interesting product designs. Only existing for a little over a decade, they have already broken molds with collaborations with Caldwell Cigar Company and AJ Fernandez. This is a brand that wants to be known as much for its creativity as its ability to produce quality, intriguing cigar experiences.

Matt Booth's History

Matt arrived in the cigar industry bringing with him a wealth of diverse experiences. He was stationed in Asia while serving within the US Marine Corps. After returning stateside, he was further exposed to the thriving bar scene while employed at the Whisky a Go-Go. It was during this time that Matt also began exploring his creative side by creating custom jewelry.

Beginning the venture in a small studio in Los Angeles, Matt found inspiration in Asian themes and symbols he encountered during his tour. These elements, along with Los Angeles culture and his jewelry-making, all served as the primary influences for the Room101 cigar brand. However, the label is about more than just cigars, he also sells a variety of leather items, jewelry, and craft gin.

Throughout each of these product lines, several themes are clear. Room101 exemplifies a commitment to artistic truth, and a passion to create something new and unique. Each Room101 cigar offering provides consumers with a different window into innovative flavor and beautiful design.
