Davidoff Year of the Tiger — the Year of the Tiger is the first Davidoff Limited Edition to use a unique Connecticut wrapper, and it's absolutely gorgeous. The wrapper undergoes a difficult pressing process that produces the "fur markings" of the tiger, and Davidoff packaged the cigars in a glass-top box to show it off. As good as it looks, Davidoff promises the cigar tastes even better. They paired some of their best Dominican filler and binder tobaccos with this unique wrapper. The Piramide format is notoriously difficult to roll with the thin Connecticut wrapper, but it delivers the concentrated flavor cigar smokers strive for. With tasting notes of cedar, roasted nuts, leather, and honey, Davidoff suggests pairing the Year of the Tiger with rum.
