Davidoff Chef's Edition LE

Davidoff never disappoints with their limited releases, and the Davidoff Chefs Edition 2021 will be no different. It is the result of the creative genius of the Master Blenders at Davidoff cigars combined with four world-renowned chefs. The first three of those chefs have each earned three Michelin stars.

• Norbert Niederkofler of AlpiNN, Brunico, Italy
• Masa Takayama of Masa, New York City
• Jorge Vallejo of Quintonil, Mexico City

Their creation: a 7 x 48 Churchill that uses an Ecuadorian hybrid 238 wrapper over a Mexican San Andrés negro seco binder and four different Dominican fillers: hybrid 192 seco, piloto seco, piloto viso, and San Vicente ligero.

The result: A well balanced cigar that delivers exciting flavor with the near perfect balance of complexity and strength. It starts with a notable thick creaminess and subtle spiciness. The second third adds a little more dimension with floral, creamy and coffee flavors. As the cigar continues to develop, cedar and caramel flavors compliment the consistent creaminess. The cigar leaves the palate clean with a pleasant aftertaste.
