Eiroa Sampler

Communication level was beyond belief. Ordered an old sampler and some of the items were not in stock. I got a personal phone call from Nate explaining the situation and offering replacement sticks that were more expensive than what i purchased. This company does business the right way and treats every customer with respect and dignity which is far from the case with most online cigar retailers. Will definitely continue to support Renegade cigars. Oh, the Eiroa’s that arrived look amazing as well and without the very informative newsletter Renegade sends out I may have never decided to try Eiroa or ADVentura which are now some of my favorites. Spreading news of great companies with the community is beyond the scope of normal business practices as well which I also appreciate. Thanks and keep up the great work.
