Brandon’s Thoughts: While Padron is one of the best manufactures, the Padron 1926 is among the best of their blends. Originally crafted for Jose Padron’s 70th birthday, it is an ideal celebration cigar. You can taste the quality of the Nicaraguan tobaccos. While not cheap, you can be sure your hard earned money is going towards the best tobaccos and expert construction. It delivers notes of cedar, coffee, nuts and spice. The Padron 1926 is on the fuller-bodied side but I’d be hard pressed to find a better celebratory cigar that pairs perfectly with a good whiskey after a big steak dinner.
