Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Punch Mr. Punch taste like?
Punch Mr. Punch leads with cedar and cream, then builds baking spice and black pepper through the second half. It's a rounder, less earthy profile than the Honduran Punch blends most smokers know, driven by the Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over all-Nicaraguan filler.
How strong is the Punch Mr. Punch?
Punch Mr. Punch is medium to full in strength. The Nicaraguan filler gives it body and a pepper edge, but the blend was built for everyday smoking rather than maximum power. Most smokers who handle a medium cigar comfortably will have no trouble with it.
Where is the Punch Mr. Punch made?
Punch Mr. Punch is made in Nicaragua at the Scandinavian Tobacco Group factory in Estelí. That's a departure for Punch, a brand long associated with Honduran production. It's distributed by Forged Cigar Company, the STG subsidiary that handles non-Cuban Punch.
What is the Punch Mr. Punch made of?
Punch Mr. Punch uses an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, a Nicaraguan Jalapa seco binder, and Nicaraguan long filler. The Toro measures 6 x 54 and comes packed in boxes of 20.
Who is Mr. Punch?
Mr. Punch is the brand's mascot, taken from the Punch and Judy puppet shows that gave the cigar brand its name when it was registered in 1840. He has appeared on Punch packaging since the mid-1800s. This 2026 release is the first blend built around the character.
