Tatuaje Creature

The Creature From Tatuaje is the first time Pete Johnson's Monster Series Creature has been released as a full-size cigar on its own. The blend first appeared in the 2021 Monster Mash sampler and again in 2024's Monster Smash, but never at its intended 6⅞ x 52 perfecto until this 2026 release. Production is capped at 7,000 boxes worldwide.

Like every Monster, the details are deliberately hidden. Tatuaje has confirmed only that the Creature is a full Nicaraguan puro: Nicaraguan wrapper, binder, and filler, with the varietals and growing regions kept secret. It's rolled at My Father Cigars in Nicaragua, the García family factory behind Tatuaje's best work. The mystery is part of the point.

Expect a full-bodied profile of dark earth, espresso, leather, black pepper, and cedar, with cocoa underneath. The earlier sampler versions smoked closer to medium, but the full-size perfecto gives the blend more room and more depth. The tapered foot concentrates the first third, then opens up as it burns.
